Dr. Lourenco received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 1998. She then received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2002. She completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in 2007 and then completed a fellowship in women’s imaging at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2008. Dr. Lourenco’s primary focus is in women’s imaging. She is a Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Lourenco is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. She is a Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging.
