Department of Radiology

Dr. Subhan was born and raised in Peshawar, Pakistan. She earned her medical degree from Khyber Medical College, where she graduated as the top student in her class. She was awarded 19 gold medals at graduation—the highest number received by any graduate since the college was established in 1954. After completing her internship in Pakistan, Dr. Subhan pursued a preliminary year in Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. She subsequently completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Subhan enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four-year-old daughter. She likes to draw, sketch, read novels, and watch biographical films.
