Department of Diagnostic Imaging

Dr. Yoon comes from Nyack, New York. To earn her Bachelor’s Degree, she attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and majored in Anthropology. Later, Dr. Yoon attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC where she received her Medical Degree from the School of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the McDonough School of Business and was a Forté Fellow. For her preliminary year, she traveled to Nashville, Tennessee for a year in Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

“I grew up in the suburbs of NYC in a small town called Englewood Cliffs, NJ. I went to St. Louis for my undergraduate degree which was in Anthropology, and then traveled to Washington, DC for a joint MD, MBA from Georgetown. I completed my surgical intern year at Vanderbilt University Medical Center to spend a wonderful year with my fiancé who is a urologic surgery resident there. I’m a happy puppy mom to a french bulldog named Morty (he’s hilarious) and enjoy spending time with my friends and family. In my free time, I love to travel (or think about traveling, as is the case now), try new foods+wine, and bake!”
