Georgios Sideris, MD
Biography
Dr. Sideris earned his medical degree from the University of Athens in Greece. After pursuing a research fellowship in the Department of Radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, he completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center (Albert Einstein College of Medicine). Dr. Sideris completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Baystate Medical Center (University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School), followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at Boston Children’s Hospital (Harvard Medical School).
Dr. Sideris has a strong interest in teaching and advocacy. He was honored with the John Caffey Award by the Society for Pediatric Radiology and serves as the Chair of the International Medical Graduates Committee of the Massachusetts Medical Society.
His professional interests include congenital anomalies and soft tissue masses. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time in nature, kayaking, and playing pickleball and tennis.
