Department of Diagnostic Imaging

Dr. Matto was born in Miami, Florida and completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University and Georgetown University. After medical school at Drexel, he was commissioned into the U.S. Navy and attended Walter Reed for residency. After several tours as a Battalion Surgeon with the Marines he returned to Miami for Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Miami/ Jackson Memorial Hospital. When he’s not working, Dr. Matto enjoys spending time with his two kids, Lev, and Vika, participating in watersports, and keeping fit.
