Dr. Boutros was born and grew up in Long Island, New York. She completed a 7-year BS/MD Program and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from CUNY City College and then went on to complete her Medical Degree at CUNY School of Medicine, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Dean’s Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence. She completed her preliminary year in Internal Medicine at NYU Langone – Long Island Hospital. Catherine enjoys reading, traveling, and cuddling with her golden retriever, Bijou.
