Dr. Carpentier graduated from New York Medical College and completed her residency at the Boston University School of Medicine. She then completed her fellowship in women’s imaging at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Carpentier is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging and the Radiological Society of North America. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Carpentier recently received the Brown University Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award for Ultrasound in 2020. She specializes in women’s imaging.
