Dr. Skobodzinski was born in Seymour, Connecticut. She is an alum of Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology in 2016 and her Medical Degree in 2020. While there, she received the Boston University Women’s Council Scholarship, won the Association of Women Surgeons “Greening the OR” National Essay Contest, was awarded the Boston University Dean Elsbeth Melville Scholarship, and was invited and served on the Boston University Provost’s Faculty Teaching Awards Committee. For her preliminary year, Dr. Skobodzinski returned to Connecticut to join the Yale-Waterbury Internal Medicine Residency Program.
