Dr. Aaron W.P. Maxwell is an interventional radiologist and Assistant Professor of Diagnostic Imaging on the Teaching Scholar track at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He graduated with honors from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont and completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, followed by a vascular & interventional radiology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Maxwell’s primary clinical interests include interventional oncology and palliative care. His primary research interests include new thermal ablation techniques and the use of pH to improve outcomes following embolization-based therapies.
